[Market] Shiatsu/Acupressure workshops in our neighborhood this coming month

Dear Neighbors,
      
        I wanted to let you know about two shiatsu/acupressure workshops I will  be offering in our neighborhood this February that might be of interest to you.  Both  will be held at the Center for Preventive Medicine on 191 Nashua Street (the street behind JavaSpeed Scooters on North Main):
  
  Thursday, February 7th, 7:00-8:30pm.  Workshop: "Do-It-Yourself         Acupressure".  Find out which "pressure points" on the body can help relieve stress,         headaches and other ailments.  Acupressure is fun and simple to learn and         practice, both on yourself and others.  Cost: $15. 
        
        Saturday, February 16th, 10:30am-1:00pm. Valentine's Workshop:         "Shiatsu for Couples".  Learn an easy and effective way to offer loving and compassionate touch to         those dear to you.  This 2 1/2 hour workshop will teach you how to offer         your friend or partner a relaxing shiatsu experience that can release back         and shoulder tension and reduce stress. Cost: $75 for couples, $40 for         individuals.
