[Market] Looking for apartment for January 1

Hello -

My girlfriend and I are looking for an apartment, preferably a townhouse
or the top two floors of a three level house, for January 1st. We're
really looking to avoid upstairs neighbors (it's the chief reason we're
leaving our current apartment).

We are both full-time professionals, and are looking for something nice
and quiet with parking for two cars.
