[Summit] Parking

Jessica: When we start to get a lot of overnight and/or wrong-way
parking on our street, we call the police every night around 11 pm --
not at 911, but the regular central number -- and ask for the desk
sergeant, and request him to send a patrol car to our street during
the night to ticket. And we keep calling on consecutive nights until
the problem has been nipped.

Sometimes it's just a squeaky wheel thing... call, call, call. The
cops on duty are fine about it.
