The Chamber of Commerce is located across from the Ice Skating Center.  Exchange Terrace is the road.  It is on the same side of the street as the RI Foundation.

We all know how much of an issue sidewalks are in this neighborhood. Next
week there is a demonstration of rubber sidewalks next to the chamber of
commerce. Today there is an article in the Boston Globe about them. Check
