I am a resident of Rochambeau Ave and I also work for the American Cancer Society. We are bringing our signature event, Relay For Life, to Hope High School in June 2007 and we are looking for community members who might be interested in participating on the planning committee for this event. Relay For Life is an overnight event which celebrates cancer survivors and raises funds for the fight against cancer. Teams of 8-15  people camp out and take turns walking the track throughout the night. There are a variety of activities that take place including a Cancer Survivor's lap, Luminaria ceremony, entertainment, and food.
