[Summit] MY WINTERS WITHOU SPEND A DIME WITH OIL

I know that many family are struggling with heating bills.
I did a lot work at my house years ago and now i am SAVING  a lot of  
money.
I do not buy oil for years and I am able to heat the house for much  
less money.
If you would like to know how i did it, feel free to ask me.

ALSO PROBLEMS AROUND MY AREA:

1. PARKING AT ROCHAMBEAU - looks like many drives gets a ticket many  
times and still doing the same: parking where is prohibited making the  
street almost one lane. LETS STOP TO GIVE THE TICKET AND MOVE THE  
CARS. They will learn the lesson.

2. ONE WAY STREET - few drivers love to go IN THE WRONG WAY on DANA  
sometimes in HIGH SPEED. Few times I was driving down and I had to  
face the other car coming in the wrong way.

3. HIGH SPPED AT SUMMIT ST - I saw many cars speeding at that street  
and looks like they will never stop at the corner.

4. PEOPLE DRIVING - most the people driving as the same way they walk,  
means, they use the car like they are walking, so they park the car  
where they feel, use the cell when they want, do not pay attention at  
the traffic, do not blink ever (you have to figure it out what is  
going happen), tail gate all the time, speed all the time (they can  
not waist another second, THEY ARE TOO IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW RULES AND  
RESPECT OTHERS), they park at the store WHERE IS ILLEGAL and block  
traffic, etc.  So, the problem is bigger than we can imagine. We need  
to change and force people TO RE-LEARN TO DRIVE AND RE-LEARN MANY  
PRINCIPLES AND SIMPLE RULES IN OUR LIFE. FREEDOM DOES OT MEANS NO  
LIMITS!
