Actually, I'm not opposed to resident permit parking.  It is true
that most of our housing was built at a time when people rode trolleys
and had fewer cars.  And my house had 30-amp service on 3 circuits,
too.  Things change.  I understand that.

But I would like to know where the cars go during a parking ban.
"Other cities seem to manage" isn't an answer.  Greg?
