[Summit] clearing out apologies

Apologies to our neighbors on 6th Street, for the mess on our side walk.  We
need electrical work done and the electricians needed access to basement
corners piled with stuff... that should have gone out long ago. And since
moving the piles around the basement would only block the electricians
tomorrow or the next day out it went. Sorry. I will make sure it all goes
somewhere-away on Monday/trash day.

If anyone is fixing up their home with old style features, we threw out a
number of wooden storm windows and wood frame screens, and one actual window
set. Help yourself.

I tried to clean stuff up, but you still have watch out for nails and broken
glass.
