I have a couple of lifted squares of sidewalk due to a now-removed maple tree. I would like to get them leveled/replaced. Is this the city's responsibility or mine? If mine, can anyone recommend someone who does small scale concrete work? BTW thanks to all the helpful responses on the water pipe. Elizabeth
