Beverly

Not sure if you are aware or not but there are two different shelters in Providence. The first is run by PARL and the other by the city "animal control". I have advised others of this and they have had luck finding their friends at the alternative shelter.

Good luck. My thoughts are with you and your cat.

Our cat is missing from Rochambeau/Lancaster area. He was last seen on
Wednesday 9/10/08. He is white and black and has a purple collar with a bell
on it. If you have seen him, please call us at 454-4107. We miss him
terribly!

I think we really should organize against this profit making,
privatizing approach to a public resource. Could the Association
take this up officially? I am willing to help. Elizabeth
