[Summit] PARKING AT ROCHAMBEAU

If someone know how lives at Rochambeau right at the Summit st. please  
tell the person that where they park the car is not a legal parking  
spot, since they could lead to a  car accident.
Always when there is a curve at the sidewalk means no parking.  
Everyday the traffic at Rochambeau get hard because of that person.
