[Summit] dental surgeon (not currently on vacation)

We need recommendations for dental surgeons, please- reputable, immediately
available?, and hopefully not the most expensive!
We are trying to fit in the dental-work with out losing the work-work. Being
self employed there are no paid sick days.

For some reason my husband had only 3 of his 4 wisdom teeth removed, when he
was younger, and now the 4th must go ASAP.
It has become extreeeeemmely painful and deemed not worth saving.
We have a dentist we are very happy with, but he does not pull teeth.
