merchants this Tuesday- Please forward!

This Tuesday, May 12th, Community Works Rhode Island will host a free
educational forum to help local merchants learn how to access loans and
other support to improve their businesses.   This event is targeted to
businesses operating on Broad St., but is open to all.  Please share the
attached flyer about this great opportunity.


The evening will include  a seminar on small business development and
financing, including business planning.  Representatives from the Small
Business Administration, Rhode Island Secretary of State, and the City of
Providence will speak about how local businesses can access their support,
and businesses will have an opportunity to network with each other and with
leaders of local non-profits and government agencies.  Spanish
interpretation and refreshments will be provided.
 
When:  Tuesday, May 12th, 2009 5:30-8:30 pm
Where: Calvary Baptist Church, 747 Broad St. (use door from parking lot)
