[Summit] Break-in Suspect Spotted on Lauriston

Good point, Erin. The car snooping (he may have been snooping around our
house, too, I just don't know) occurred on Lauriston Street in the block
between Hope and Bayard.
The break-in location has not yet, to my knowledge, been disclosed. And it
probably wasn't the same person, because the kid I saw was a teenager and
relatively short of stature.
Liberty, I don't think anyone is talking about jumping to conclusions about
African American males. I do think it's my responsibility as a homeowner
and neighbor to keep track of who our neighbors are, and to notice and
report suspicious activity -- including casing -- whether the people
involved are white, black, or any combination of ethnic traits.
