[Summit] More action at Lippitt

FR ENG, if you had read the posts on this topic instead of just what is in
your mind, you would know that there are no plans.  A preliminary meeting to
discuss the idea is being planned eventually.  Nothing else has been done.
Please take your paranoid conspiracy theories to a fantasy list where they
