[Summit] Community Meeting At The Miriam Hospital Next Thursday at 6:30 p.m.

Dear Neighbors,
 
I am pleased to invite all of you to a community meeting to discuss The Miriam Hospital's Institutional Master Plan (IMP).  Arthur Sampson, Executive Director of the hospital will be presenting our plans next Thursday, August 26th from 6:30 p.m.- 8:30 p.m. in the Hurvitz Conference Room in the Baxt Building.  Refreshments will be served and I ask that you R.S.V.P by calling me on The Neighborhood Hotline (401) -793-4040 no later than August 24th, 2010.
 
The Miriam Hospital is requitred to submit plans to the City of Providence's City Plan Commission every five years regarding intended changes or improvements made to the physical buildings of the hospital.  During the meeting we will outline the plan, and reveiw ways in which we will continue to honor our commitment to be good neighbors.
