[Summit] parking ticket

Sorry to hear this. I was also frustrated to get a ticket last year- I WAS
technically wrong- but my bumper was maybe 4 inches into a huge bus stop.

I don't know if this will help but it might.
In some areas "meter maids" mark cars with a chalk mark on the tire as they
pass-
they make two hour rounds, and if they return and the tire is marked, you
get the ticket.
Apparently they don't worry about old chalk marks, they may have their own
unique mark, and/or figure they wear off quickly.
Perhaps you get chalked elsewhere, or for some reason the marks aren't
coming off, or there is some kind of permanent mark easily mistaken for
chalk. I would check your tire sidewalls.

It could be the ticket lady thinks she can remember in her head, but
actually she can't keep things straight, or a car very similar to yours was
parked there right before you.

I hope they are not being pressured to just write tickets to make a quota.
