[Summit] parking ticket

I was also tagged twice over the past year. Two tickets at $30 each. Both times for being less than 25 feet from the curb. What a joke! Both times I was parked a reasonable distance from the curb. I appealed both tickets. I took pictures of both locations showing a tape measure and made a case that since there was no sign restricting parking, my parking there was not unreasonable.

 

The court notice shows a 8:30am start time. Cases are taken in the order that you sign in. If you sign in before 8am you should be out of there before 9am.

 

My first case was dismissed. The second case with a different judge was reduced to $10. I saved $50.
