I see the concerns about how many topics come up on the list, and I am not
interested in some of them myself, but I do think it is hard to decide and
specify what exactly is a "neighborhood issue"

People who care about the "neighbors" in their neighborhood, are going to
want to share the things that they feel strongly about, which they see can
effect their neighbor's quality of life.

What makes it local enough? or neighborhood?

Or is it that information was offered before anyone asked for it?

I mean this honestly.  I am not trying to be provocative.
