[Summit] MOBIL STATION - PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THEM

I try to avoid buying gas at any of the large oil company
stations - Exxon, Mobil, Shell.  I also have lately been 
boycotting Hess because of the LNG atrocity they want
to put in the bay.  It may sound like this makes it a bit
difficult to buy gas - and I must admit, sometimes I'm 
stuck with Gulf or Texaco - not award winning companies
either.

However, there are a few independents, which I consider
to be at least somewhat preferable - and they are usually
cheaper than the majors.  Finally, my preferred resource
is Citgo - the profits from which go to the Venezuelan 
people.  I see that as a good thing, whatever your opinion
of Hugo Chavez.  Problem is, Citgo tends to be more
expensive - depending on how big the gap, I sometimes
buy there anyway.

Down the road, Paul and his start-up business partner
Scot Comey are planning to grow algae for biofuel in
Paul's special solar greenhouse.  Scot is part of a group
that is already producing biodiesel from restaurant grease.
(Note:  This is not a market notice - not yet trying to sell
anything, just a note about some nice green activity that
will impact in the future.).

Personally I do not purchase fuel at 
a Mobile or Exxon station---By the way, did you have a written contract 
with these people?

  could not do any more and did not paid me in full. Also they new that I was
