[Summit] running injury

I want to thank everyone who responded to my request for a 
recommendation of a sports doctor. I wound up going to the Foundry on 
Promenade Street and saw Dr. Plante and both he and the practice were 
tremendous. I was seen the day after I called. The staff took x-rays and 
Dr. Plante determined that I did not have a stress or any other kind of 
fracture. After examining my foot, he quickly diagnosed the injury as an 
inflamed ligament. He was very attuned to my needs as a runner and I 
went away with a plan of action and peace of mind.With Dr. Plante's 
approval, I plan to run in the Run for Home Plate 9K on May 22, which 
ends at Fenway Park and raises money for war veterans who have suffered 
brain or psychiatric injuries, which is a serious and growing problem.
