[Summit] Car Taxes

[Breslers]

It WAS anything under $1000 was exempt, now it is under $6000.  But clearly
hey are now valuing things ridiculously  because our "96 toyota wagon, which
we just sold for $600 ONLY because there are NO station wagons to be had,
they just valued at $3900!!!
