[Summit] Suspicious character?

AMEN____with all the restaurants around--as well as the  farmers 
market------this can get out of hand, but to remain vigilant is a good  thing, I

I grew up in a suburb of Providence where everyone is the  same color, 
dresses the same, and acts the same. One thing I love about the  city is people 
can look and act in different ways without drawing attention to  themselves. 

If someone is going onto someone's property or clearly  checking out houses 
that is one thing. But please let's not create an  environment where we 
need to fear if we go for a walk at a strange hour the  cops are going stop us 
and ask us what we are doing.
