[Summit] suspicious behavior

My husband and I walked up Chace Avenue from the farmer's mkt a few minutes after 5 PM today and saw a man acting suspiciously. He was hanging out on the street near the entrance to Chace Drive and he was behaving like a lookout. He was standing near a silver Toyota Tacoma pickup. After we passed him, we lingered a distance away in Chace Drive; this appeared to make him uncomfortable and he sort of milled around. Then my husband got in our car to drive by him, and the guy stood right in front of the license plate on his truck as Jerry passed by. When Jerry came back the other way a few minutes later, the truck was gone.
   
Just before we saw this man, we also saw a woman walking on on Chace Avenue who we think might have been with him. He may have been waiting for her to return.

The man we saw was 40ish, wearing dark brown workboots, white socks, long gym shorts (black or gray) with a stripe down the sides, a black t-shirt and dark ball cap. He was small but strong looking. The woman was wearing a white t-shirt and was heavy set. She was dirty blond and I think she had long hair.
  
If you see these two, please keep an eye on them.
