Here's an idea: if you have children and are concerned about thier safety, make 
the choices that work for your family.  If you have no children, but are 
concerned about the safety of other people's children, let those parents make 
the choices that work for their families. If you have no children, but are 
excited about playing in the fountain, get there before the "no swimming" signs 
go up!
