[Summit] The Fountain and Jesse

After seeing the article about the fountain in the SNA newsletter, I feel 
compelled to highlight who initiated the return of the fountain since his 
contribution seemed a bit understated.

Jesse Polhemus took on the effort to excite the neighborhood to sign petitions 
to catalyze the interest in the fountain.  He deserves a huge hug and pat on the 
back.  His vision and passion motivated all of us to participate.

Thank you for your efforts Jesse.  This would not have happened with out you.
