[Summit] Casing?

Hi, all,
I'm pretty sure she wasn't looking for a particular house. Her speed
was abnormally slow
but very steady. I think she was talking into a cell phone or
recorder... recording what she
was observing on our block. Otherwise, why did she suddenly turn the
corner, after being
stationary at the intersection for at least one minute, when she saw
me walking closer?
This left a very bad taste in my mouth.
