[Summit] Stealing Tires

I would report this to the police division here on the East  Side---and 
perhaps they can beef up a lookout for these tire  thieves......perhaps there 
is good money for them-in stealing  tires??..

Drove by  a neighbor's house on Colonial today and their Toyota wagon 
(don't remember  the model name) was propped up on plastic milk crates and all 
four wheels were  stolen. Aparently there's a rash of this activity in Summit. 
Just wanted to  let everyone know, although I don't know that there's much 
to be done to  prevent it.
