[Summit] Yard Bag Pickup?

Hi all,

For the last two weeks, my paper yard refuse bags haven't been picked up and it's been three weeks for my neighbor. Driving around tonight, I notice nobody's is picked up. Are they done picking up leaves, etc. for the year already?
