[Summit] update

it's been some time since I've been able to get back to this important
neighborhood website.
eh comments about 9/11 are certainly right and community felt
as I recall, there was a neighborhood project concerning the fountain...
it seems that the (Lippit) fountain was reconstructed.  I think that trees
had to be taken down, after some community objection.  Will there be any
more trees removed? Is that a continuing issue?
