[Summit] Mason recommendation - chimney repair?

Hi all,

Even though it's been seemingly quiet, the robberies are still occuring:

I was sitting on our porch this afternoon on 9th Street near Highland, and
saw a black man come out of a house across the street. Owner was not home. I
got at least a partial, if not full license plate b4 he put a white
rag/t-shirt on the license plate. He had a Rubbermaid tote of stuff, but I
couldn't see what. The car was a black/very dark, Nissan maxima, 4 door. He
headed west on 9th to Highland and turned North toward 10th Street.

The police were called and 3 units responded w/in 5 minutes. The police
discovered the side slider door had been smashed. Another young,
well-dressed black man was going around the neighborhood just prior to me
seeing this. He went to neighbor's door and had some short
(indistinguishable) conversation, then went on. Don't know if it was related
to or perhaps stopped the robbery, as the intruder left immediately after
from the front door.
