[Summit] Finding decent & affordable individual health care coverage

Worth calling BCBS directly to see what they have in the direct-issue
department.  They are also (thanks to health reform) offering health
insurance to folks with pre-existing conditions (at prices comparable to
those available for people without pre-existing conditions).
