[Summit] question roofer

I noticed that one of you had posted an inquiry re a roofer recently.   But I think the responses must have gone just to the poster.   I  also need a roofer and hoped those of you who made recommendations, wouldn't mind doing it again for me.  Elizabeth (130 8th Street)
Here is the problem:
 I noticed that on our south west facing roof some shingles are looking deteriorated.   The roof was on the house when we bought it in 1996 and we have no idea what we can expect from it in terms of continued longevity.   So far it hasn't given us any trouble that we have noticed... but there is an attic space that we never go up to so who knows if it is by now  showing some signs of leaks.
