I'm new tothe list and not sure how to respond to prior postings (I am viewing the archived mail list), but I live on 12th St. and I have also noticed a significant decrease in water pressure. If the clothes washer or dishwasher is running, there is no water in the rest of my house. The water flow coming out of the clothes washer is much less than it used to be, as well.Is there an official channel to report these changes, and is there a remedy for the situation? Thank you!

Way over on Colonial Rd (we've been unaffected by recent construction), I
notice a definite drop in our water pressure.
