Interestingly, I just noticed someone installing one of these on Hope
street a couple of hours ago (I think right after Not Just Snacks toward
Blackstone). A small car and what looked to be a couple of students.

My guess? RISD or Brown art students beautifying tree stumps for our sorry
cosmopolitan souls.
