[Summit] packages stolen

UPS is well organized enough to weigh the likelihood of stolen
packages vs. the cost of their time to wait for signatures,
neighborhood by neighborhood. If they are doing this, it should
hearten everyone as to how safe Summit is.

If your package is stolen UPS is responsible for it, unless you
instructed the shipper to check "shipper release" which means you
assume the risk of losing a package that you will not be home to sign
for.
