[Summit] Suspicious activity

Folks,
I saw a suspicious white male sitting on the stoop of a house on Bayard and Fourth the house had no cars and he did not seem to be associated with the folks in the property. 

When I passed by a few min later the front door of the property was open with no cars present for the house. Police were called to investigate.
