[Summit] Recruiting, board etc

It's good to know that your meetings are open.  I did look on your web site
and could not find the information on meetings.  It appeared the web site
was a little dated.  Information in the newsletter and the general
information on the web site was not the same - for instance, it appears
from the newsletter that the fountain project is done, but not reflected in
project description.

Also, looks like you have a small base of membership on the board...  this
must be why is tough to get volunteers, like someone to coordinate snow
shoveling(???).  Also, I thought Providence was pretty diverse - it doesn't
seem your board is that way.

Can't attend your board meetings but be interesting to look at minutes -
are they posted?  Counldn't find them.

Just some casual observations/questions from someone interested in
neighborhood groups - on one level this seems to be an active one, based on
general communication.
