  Interesting that this issue with the trees comes up.  I happen to look at
a number of neighborhood groups as part of continuing academic and personal
research.
It's often difficult to incorporate different ideas when a group is driven
by a kind of single purpose goal.  Just wondering, are the board meetings
open meetings?  Can anyone speak?  Seems like email is one way, meetings
are another - definately some disaffection out there.
