[Summit] NEW TRASH/RECYCLING MUST BE IN USE NEXT WEEK OR NO PICK UP

I happened to be out a while ago putting yard waste at the curb when the
trash guy came by. He said (referencing a rental next door which had the
old, large garbage cans out and the old blue/green recycling bins) that
EFFECTIVE NEXT WEEK, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE SMALL, NEW GARBAGE BINS IN
USE....THEY WILL NOT PICK UP YOUR TRASH.

Just a "heads up".
