I have a friend who knows a woman who moved to Mass years ago but still crosses into RI to vote in our elections. There is fraud, it may not be in the East Side but I can tell you in happens in other parts of the city. Ever heard of poll checkers for candidates. I'm not accusing any party or candidate but they know who has and hasn't voted.
