[Summit] Summit Digest, Vol 90, Issue 11

Just a reminder that all PCL libraries will be closed starting Monday,
September 10th and will re-open the 17th.  The bookdrops at locations that
have bookdrops will be open during the week, and no late fines will be
assessed.
