[Summit] Curb alerts timing

I think that it is great to read about the "curb alerts", fun things to
have. Unfortunately, with their going out on Sunday, they are not posted
until after the city has come by and grabbed the items. Sigh!

 

Could they possibly be posted earlier; or, the people who man the Summit
email get the emails posted in a more timely fashion?
