[Summit] tot lot

I know parents need a place to being their kids but that playground looks awful. There are so many toys all over the place it looks like a junkyard. A similar issue is the little park down off wayland Square near the firehouse. That used to be this secluded little public garden with a swing set and beautiful walkways. It has been taken over by fluorescent-colored plastic toys, in various states of disrepair, strewn all over the place. Aren't these little urban parks for everyone to enjoy or are we being held hostage by 3-year-olds
