[Summit] Meeting times

The meeting time thing is one that will always leave at least some people
disappointed.  It is impossible to determine one time that suits everyone,
obviously.  Most meetings that SNA sets are 7pm on a weeknight.  We
generally feel that this is the easiest time for most people.  I also work
long hours and have a difficult time getting somewhere before then.  Also,
my son goes to bed at 7pm, so that way I miss less family time with a 7pm
meeting start.

That all said, suggestions are always welcome for that and everything else.


Of course, something like the Tot Lot meeting needed to be during daylight
hours so we could look around the park as we discussed.  It was also
suggested at that meeting that the next meeting on this topic be held on a
Sat morning, to accommodate families.  Personally, I still prefer weeknight
evening, but I think we will likely go with a Sat morning if it works for
the Parks Dept.  (More info on that as a date and time get set.)
