Neighbors,

This may be buried somewhere in the archives, so forgive me for asking
again.

Where can old sneakers and spent batteries be recycled?  I've switched to
rechargeable batteries and have been quite satisfied.  2 pairs of AAs have
lasted at least 10 times longer than their cousins and are still going
strong.

Also, I have found a place in Onleyville that recycles all manner of small
appliances and electronics.  Nice people running a very admirable operation.
Believe it's called the Green Turtle.  I'm willing to make a run out there
1X/mos. w/ a full trunk if people are interested.  Contact me off list on
this one.  Thanks.
