[Summit] Neighborly WARNING re: antbiotic Zithromax

I am NOT disputing the need for antibiotics (which was real for me) or the
problem with getting people to take them all once they start.
I am just trying to warn people to be sure as you can be that all due
diligence is taken that YOU are not going to be the one with the cardiac
side effects.
This stuff is SERIOUS.
and terrifying.
