[Summit] If speed is a problem, are speed humps the answer?

I would be very glad to see multiple tall speed bumps (like the one on
Smith Street in front of the State House) on our street -- Lauriston --
between Brewster and Hope. At present there are potholes, which slow
traffic down a little, but even they do not quite do the job.
