[Summit] The Tot Lot community garden "survey"

So I grabbed the URL from one of the sheets posted at the Tot Lot, thinking
what a great way it was to gauge community interest in a quick, easy,
unbiased questionnaire. Hmm, though not altogether unbiased.

My suspicions were first aroused by those helpful "notes". Did the author
expect to produce the illusion of support for their POV by steering votes?

This is more a petition than a survey. Just FYI.
