[Summit] oil to gas conversion

Sumati,

Our next-door neighbors converted from oil to gas two or three years ago. After hearing about their experience, I'd advise you to be sure to confirm with your contractor that the price they quote you is ALL INCLUSIVE and nothing is missing. Our neighbors were hit with a substantial, unexpected additional charge that was not in the written estimate, but that the contractor claimed was normal practice and that he'd informed them of. They'd picked the company because their quote was lower than others, but with this additional charge it was the same, or more.
